Amrezy Palette & Anastasia Contour Kit review

Hello Sexy Sirens!

   I know I am late with posting a review on the Amrezy Palette but I have good reason... I purchased off the website (www.anastasiabeverlyhills.com) almost a month ago and am just now receiving my order!!! I don't know what happened , they must have had a mix up. But no worries now because it's here!

The Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit is part of the new "custom" collection. I put together my own palette consisting of these colors;

Carob
Macchiato - highlighter
Nutmeg
Earth
Havana
Latte - highlighter

The contouring kit is so amazing because the colors go on smooth and is easily buildible. I contour my face with the middle color on the second row, which is; Havana . I also use the highlighter first pan on the first row, which is Latte. I'm sure I will use all of them, but for now those are my GO TO!

The Amrezy Palette consists of 10 , highly pigmented colors , shimmers and mattes as well as jewel tones!
All of the colors are labeled , so it makes it easy to identify what you used in case you need to write about it lol. Anyhow, I LOVE these shadows because they really are heavily pigmented and a little goes a long way! The first time I used them, I put in way too much color and had to really blend it out, so be careful!  They are perfect for layering and building upon, to get deeper color. I would compare the quality to Urban Decay. They are silky and smooth going on, very easy to blend!
Photo taken with my iPhone 5s ; colors from left to right;

Legend
Glisten
Topaz
Iridescent purple
Emerald
Vanilla
Caramel
Morocco
Deep Plum
LBD

I couldn't wait to play in it today and tomorrow and all this weekend and all next week....I will be creating looks with this! Here is the look I created today!

Funday Florals

Hello Sexy Sirens!

    This was going to be my Sunday Funday post but, It's not Sunday anymore , I was supposed to post this yesterday! So I went to church, I wanted to wear something reflective of my mood which was cheerful & light , so I picked this floral H&M peplum dress. Now I know peplum is slowly fading into style oblivion ...but this piece is timeless IMO and will never go out of style!

I decided to wear an over-statement piece of jewelry because it is a crystal flower necklace, which I felt went perfectly with the floral pattern of the dress! Some people might think that it is "too much" , but to me...enough is never enough! I'm unapologetically over the top and I have to convey that part of my personality through how I dress!

The earrings were a mint colored stone & crystal . Both pieces can be found on www.sirensofhollywood.com

My shoes were plain peep toe/open toe black pumps I found in my closet.
These are by :Jessica Simpson

I didn't wear a clutch, but if I had...it would have been a simple black patent leather clutch. I loved this outfit because I feel it's simple  yet it makes a statement at the same time! It's playful and fun, great for a Sunday Brunch or daytime date! I hope you all enjoyed this look!

The bunny ears were just for fun! ;)

1st Look of Fall

Hello Sexy Sirens!!!

 So this is my very first fashion / makeup post on this blog! I'm so excited about Fall, it's one of my favorite seasons!!! NOT!!! Lmao!😂 I'm a spring and summer type of girl but nonetheless, I had to do some Fall fashion and makeup looks! I want to focus on which colors are trending this Fall, it's all about deep Burgundys , Olive greens , Browns, Golds,Greys, and of course Black is always in! So the look that I wore out yesterday, which was the PERFECT Fall day, consists of Olive Green, Golds, and Black!

Yesterday I spent some time with my family at the Louisiana Boardwalk! I am back home visiting for a few months, and am enjoying this much needed time with my family and close friends!

I decided to wear something simple and chic! My trousers are from www.makemechic.com , I absolutely fell in love with them from the first moment I laid eyes on them online! They wrap around each leg, leaving an opening or slit in the front of each leg! Sometimes they look like a skirt because of the outer part, but they are the perfect little genie /harem like pants and so versatile!  I decided to rock them with a lace tank top that I purchased at a thrift shop! You could rock them with a crop top depending on your body type. Since my body type is more "apple" then I have to do what works for me!

Here are more pics of the look!

For the footwork; I decided to go simple and comfortable because I knew I would be doing a LOT of walking at the Boardwalk...
I got these from B2 , which was a division of www.Bebe.com , I believe they were $20

I completed the look with the gorgeous and amazing "Hattie McDaniels" necklace set from www.sirensofhollywood.com

I had so much fun with my family! We had dinner at Joe's Crab Shack (insert yummy face emojis) and I was cute and comfy at the same time!

For my makeup look that day, I wanted to do something that stood out! I am so used to looking "natural" all the time, I needed to bring the drama up a few notches!

On my eyes ;

I first applied MAC "Layin Low" as a base from lashes to brows and applied the NYX "Milk" pencil to only my lid area...

Then, I applied this www.colourpopcosmetics.com "Super Shock" eyeshadow in "Bandit" to carve out my crease along with the color "Cork" by MAC.

Next, after my crease was defined, I applied this olive green-ish shimmer shadow from the BH Cosmetics 120 pallet (1st Edition) to the ball of my eyelid. It's the one in the middle.

Lastly, on my inner tear ducts I used a gold-ish shadow from the Kiss Nude Seduction Pallet and I also used their matte beige under my brows to highlight the eye!

On my lips is LA Girl Glazed Lip Paint in "Blushing"

I plan to do this complete look on YouTube, so stay tuned to my channel!

Well Sirens! Until next time, please subscribe to this blog to get updates, many more makeup/fashion posts to come! ☺️

Sexy Sirens , Peace Out!✌️
